Day Tripper was not played on 6/30

I realize that. Someone had mentioned it above. t doesn't matter if it wasn't played at this show or not. It never should have been played by them at all.

I generally agree with that sentiment, and will take it one step further... They should not have gone into MOST of the Beatles songs they did.

Revolution, maybe...

Aren't there drop outs riddling these early PCM tapes? I thought that was stated earlier by the vault master.

That would be a surprise given that the next one comes with the subscription bonus and for the first two years of this series the bonus has been related to the 2nd release.

I am hoping for more stuff from the recently returned tapes from '69-71. A bonus disc from a partial show would be a nice way to release this some of this stuff and if they can cobble together a complete show that was not previously available (I'm talking to you 2-11-70) that would make an awesome release.

Where did you here that rumor?

I have a 15 year old CD in my car of 06-30 second set sbd...always loved the Shakedown through He's Gone the best...the Crypitical is cringeworthy...all of their Beatles covers sucked, all of them

Hey Jack O' Roses
That was a wild summer!
We made SPAC and Hershey Park and those were
snap crackle pop ELECTRIC!
Pretty favorable comments in the review section
for the show.
Always a well liked venue.
Diverse set list.
Daytripper- pretty rare.

a venue so fun, someone should name an album after it - and be the first band to license a dead sample....

btw- Not that you care one wit, but you have entered IA Nirvana (along with WT). Clicking on your handle no longer brings up your posts, just the blank page. (I was looking to stick the vid someplace obscure.)

Thanks. Sadler Vaden has left drivin n cryin to tour full time with Jason and Aaron Lee Tasjan took his place. Sadler is on the ACL show you provided a clip of. Kevn Kinney played a Jason tune on his last solo release. Saw Jason open for Ryan Adams at Henry Miller and then play together last year (or year before? right after ryan's last release came out) and many thought Jason was the better performer that night, but comparing artists often seems kind of ridiculous. They were both great.

BTW, my reference above was to Animal Collective. Their biggest release to date is "Merriweather Pavilion" and they are first band to license the Grateful Dead with their blessing - used "Unbroken Chain".

I saw 3: Cinci & the 2 in Columbia; 6.30 (set 2) was my 1st time from row...(in front of Phil)

PS I read it on a U-stream chat for last night's ratdog(though I heard only ~30 sec of CR&S)

No time like the present!
